Martin Seligman, author of several books on cultivating happiness and optimism, founded the field of Positive Psychology. Positive Psychotherapy builds positive emotions, strengths and meaning to undo psychopathology and promote happiness and flourishing in individuals and communities.
Seligman suggests one of the pathways to building happiness is to identify your top signature strengths (eg kindness, integrity, curiosity) and find ways to exercise them on a daily basis. Take this free survey to identify what your top strengths are.
