Loving Kindness Meditations

Below are three recordings to assist with your understanding and development of the practice of sending loving kindness to yourself and others. For more information about this, see also my article about what I experienced and learned at a Loving Kindness retreat I went on. For other free Loving Kindness audios by a leading psychology professor who has done ground-breaking  research into how love and other positive emotions enhance your life, go to  Dr Barbara Fredrickson's website  here. If you experience any chronic illness or pain, I highly recommend the free meditation by Mary Brantley called Lovingkindness for the Body which you will find on Dr Fredrickson's website under Additional Guided Meditations. This meditation is particularly soothing as it combines mindfulness with an attitude of gratitude and loving kindness.
